SKOOL LUV AFFAIR is BTS’s second Korean mini album, released on February 12, 2014 via Big Hit Entertainment. The ten-track EP continues the “School Trilogy” concept focusing on youth, school life and blossoming love themes. Lead single Boy In Luv (상남자) delivers bold energy with hip hop and rock elements, followed by the fan favourite Just One Day (하루만) which offers a more gentle R&B groove. The EP debuted at number three on the Gaon Album Chart and rose to number one two months later, marking an important milestone in BTS’s early growth. In 2020 the repackaged SKOOL LUV AFFAIR Special Addition helped the original album enter the US Billboard 200 at number 12, showcasing BTS’s rising global impact.
