I am NOT is Stray Kids’ debut Korean mini album, released on March 26, 2018 via JYP Entertainment and Iriver. Featuring eight self written tracks, the album captures their survival show origins and introduces their hybrid sound of electronic, rock, and hip hop. The lead single District 9 debuted with a high energy blend of hard rock and EDM, reinforcing their mission to break norms. I AM NOT debuted at No. 4 on the Gaon Album Chart, entered No. 5 on the Billboard World Albums Chart, and sold over 54 000 copies in its first month, showcasing early global impact and strong support from STAY. This release set the foundation for their identity as a self producing group and an international presence .
