The album marks the band's return after a hiatus due to mandatory military service, showcasing their growth and renewed artistic vision. With a blend of indie rock and pop, HEAL explores themes of healing and connection, resonating deeply with their fanbase, Black Roses. The lead single, “Sour,” captures the band's dynamic sound and emotional depth, while the pre-release track “Childhood” offers introspective lyrics and melodies. The album debuted at No. 20 on South Korea's Circle Album Chart and reached No. 4 on Billboard's Heatseekers Albums chart in the U.S., solidifying The Rose's international presence.
