You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it.
After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product.

The full order amount, including shipping costs from us to you, will then be credited. Only the costs for returning the product from you to us are at your own expense. Please refer to the website of your carrier for the current shipping costs.

You can also return your product free of charge at our store.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
You can register your return via this form. We will then refund the amount owed within 10 days after receiving the return, provided the product is returned in good condition.
