Normal Orders
For products that are in stock, we typically process and ship your order within 3 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can monitor the delivery status of your package. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Backorders
Some items may occasionally be on backorder due to high demand or temporary stock shortages. Backordered items may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. In the event that a backordered product becomes unavailable during this period, Dalnora reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We make every effort to communicate promptly with customers about backorder status, but please note that shipping dates for backorders are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, your order will be shipped no later than 4 weeks after the official release date of the product. Pre-orders allow you to reserve items ahead of their release, and we will notify you once your order has shipped. Please note that pre-order shipping dates are based on supplier release schedules, which may occasionally change.

Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ship orders on time, certain factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing for international shipments, extreme weather, or supplier issues may affect delivery times. Dalnora is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, the weight of your items, and the chosen shipping method. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of Loss
All orders shipped from Dalnora are the responsibility of Dalnora until they are delivered to the carrier. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer, unless otherwise explicitly agreed. We strongly recommend using the tracking information provided to monitor your shipment and report any issues to the carrier immediately.

Order Cancellations
Orders for normal, backordered, or pre-ordered items may be canceled by the customer before the order has shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
