We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Products must be in original condition. If an item arrives damaged or with missing contents, an unboxing video is required for verification. Please read our return & refund policy for more information.

All products at Dalnora are official K-pop albums and merchandise, except for items listed on our Unofficial Merch page. Any unofficial or fan-made items are clearly labeled there, so you always know what you’re buying.
Most albums include photocards, but not all. We keep every album sealed and include all official items provided by the manufacturer. Because inclusions vary by album and version, we cannot guarantee specific items, but each product’s description clearly lists the inclusions for that specific album.
Yes. Dalnora offers pre-orders for upcoming K-pop releases. Pre-order benefits are only included when clearly stated on the product page, and availability is limited. Some pre-orders may come without any benefits.
If multiple versions are available, you will be able to select your preferred version on the product page. If no selection option is shown, versions will be shipped at random.
