LOVE YOURSELF 承 'Her' is the fifth mini album by global K pop group BTS, released on September 18, 2017 through Big Hit Entertainment as the first chapter of the Love Yourself series. The album begins a new era that explores themes of love, self discovery, and personal identity, marking an important transition in BTS’s storytelling and artistic direction following the WINGS era. The project was promoted with the lead single DNA, introducing a vibrant and energetic concept that reflects the excitement and emotions of falling in love.

The album blends hip hop, EDM, dance pop, and R&B influences that highlight BTS’s versatility as performers and storytellers. LOVE YOURSELF 承 'Her' achieved major commercial success and marked a historic milestone for BTS internationally. The album debuted at number 7 on the Billboard 200, setting a new record at the time for the highest charting K pop album, and sold over 1.2 million copies in South Korea shortly after release. It also debuted at number one on the Gaon Album Chart and became one of the best selling Korean albums of its era, solidifying BTS’s expanding global influence and strengthening their connection with ARMY worldwide.
