Experience in retail, sales, customer service and/or hospitality is a plus. We’re looking for someone who is friendly and customer-focused. You should also be able to speak both Dutch and English.

As a Bar Manager / Barista, you will be responsible for our coffee bar, bubble tea, and ice cream, and ensuring smooth operations behind the bar. You will also assist in the shop, welcome customers, and contribute to the welcoming, energetic atmosphere that defines Dalnora.
Who are you?
- Experience with coffee, bubble tea, ice cream, and/or the hospitality industry
- Experience managing a bar or team is a plus
- Enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and energetic
- Responsible and able to handle pressure
- An eye for hygiene, quality, and presentation
- Flexible availability
- You speak Dutch and English

As a part-time Sales Associate, you are the face of Dalnora. You welcome customers, help them find the best products, and ensure the store always looks neat and inviting. You actively engage with customers, ensure a pleasant shopping experience, and contribute to the welcoming, energetic atmosphere that Dalnora stands for.
Who are you?

- Strong communication skills and not afraid to approach customers
- Responsible and able to work independently
- An eye for presentation, order, and cleanliness
