A2O SOUL’s debut EP, SUPERSTAR, is scheduled for release on November 9, 2026, through A2O Entertainment. The five-track collection introduces the 15-member boy group’s musical identity, with “SUPERSTAR” and “Dancing in the Dark” serving as double title tracks. Following the October 13 release of the title single, the EP expands their introduction through a sound the group calls “NEW SYNTHWAVE,” bringing the synthesizer-driven spirit of the 1980s into a contemporary pop setting.

The pre-release single, “SUPERSTAR,” places distinctive synth sounds alongside expressive melodies and vocal tones, conveying admiration and longing for its central figure. Producers HAAN and GENT! join Yoo Young-jin among its creative contributors, while Lee Soo-man oversees the project’s overall musical direction. The forthcoming “Dancing in the Dark” shares the spotlight as the second title track, with the full collection set to develop the group’s synth-focused approach across five songs.

Alongside the music, A2O SOUL introduces a story beginning on Soulite, a planet where every material desire can be fulfilled, yet its inhabitants still feel something is missing. Their journey to Earth becomes a search for the emotions and energy that make life meaningful, including happiness, love, excitement, and passion. Encounters and connections shape this unfolding narrative, giving SUPERSTAR a foundation that links the group’s music and performances with a wider imaginative world.
