What a Wonderful Life is SOYEON's first full-length solo album, scheduled for release on September 7, 2026 through CUBE Entertainment. The album marks her first major solo project since the 2021 EP Windy and follows years of creative work as i-dle's leader, rapper, songwriter, and producer. Built around a personal look at SOYEON's life and experiences, the album presents a more expansive side of her artistry.

The What a Wonderful Life tracklist contains eight songs, beginning with “I'm Quitting,” which features narration from GaAn84, before moving into “Bankroll” and “icebluerabbit,” named after SOYEON's producer alias. “STAR,” released ahead of the album, brings high-energy production built around retro synthesizers and a driving synth bassline, while “I Hate Vegetables Song” adds a playful and unconventional touch. “Amigo,” featuring Minsu, “Can't I Just Love You?” and “Sending Romance” suggest a broader emotional range, moving between confidence, humor, romance, and introspection.

What a Wonderful Life represents an important new chapter in SOYEON's solo career, giving her a full-length project to explore her experiences and creative identity beyond i-dle. The album also reinforces her reputation as one of K-pop's most hands-on artists, with her songwriting, production, and distinctive rap style central to her work. For NEVERLAND, SOYEON's fandom alongside i-dle, the album offers a deeper look at the artist behind some of the group's defining music while establishing a new stage in her solo discography.
