Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns and refunds within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and still sealed
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Items that have been opened, unsealed, or used are unfortunately not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within the 14 day return period.
To help us review and resolve the issue fairly a clear unboxing video is required, the video must show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The full unboxing process
- The damage to the item
This helps us verify that the damage occurred prior to or during delivery.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, we understand how frustrating that can be.
To process missing item claims a full unboxing video is required, the video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The complete unboxing process
- The missing item
Without an unboxing video, we are unfortunately unable to verify missing item claims.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Returns or refunds cannot be accepted for:
- Items that have been opened or unsealed
- Requests submitted after 14 day from the purchase date
- Damaged or missing item claims without a valid unboxing video
- Sale items or gift cards
How to Request a Return or Refund
