LOVE YOURSELF 轉 ‘Tear’ is the third Korean studio album by global K pop group BTS, released on May 18, 2018 through Big Hit Entertainment as the second chapter of the Love Yourself series. The album continues the narrative that began with Love Yourself 承 'Her', shifting the story from the excitement of love to the pain and emotional complexity that can follow. The era was promoted with the dramatic lead single Fake Love, presenting a darker concept that reflects themes of heartbreak, identity, and the struggle to remain true to oneself.

The album blends hip hop, R&B, pop, and electronic influences that highlight BTS’s evolving sound and storytelling.
