TWICE - Eyes Wide Open

TWICE Eyes Wide Open is the second Korean full-length studio album and fourth overall by South Korean girl group TWICE, released on October 26, 2020 through JYP Entertainment and Republic Records. Arriving nearly three years after Twicetagram, the album commemorated the group’s fifth anniversary with a digital release followed by physical editions in Story, Style and Retro versions, showcasing TWICE’s continued artistic growth.

The album blends K pop with retro-pop, dance-pop, city-pop and contemporary R&B elements, creating a multi-genre sound that highlights the group’s evolving musical range and maturity. Lead single I CAN’T STOP ME sets an ’80s synth and pop-funk tone paired with rich production layers and rhythmic drive, while the broader project weaves nostalgic influences and diverse sonic styles that reflect TWICE’s dynamic vocal presence and creative songwriting involvement.

Eyes Wide Open achieved strong commercial success and critical recognition, peaking at number two on the Gaon Album Chart, earning significant sales and becoming one of TWICE’s most impactful releases domestically and internationally. The album also entered the US Billboard 200 chart and received a 2× Platinum certification from the Korea Music Content Association, reinforcing TWICE’s global reach and deepening their connection with ONCE worldwide.
