8TURN - LEGGO

LEGGO is 8TURN's first single album, released on March 4, 2025 through MNH Entertainment. The two-track release presents 8TURN with a confident and energetic spring concept, pairing their youthful personality with a stronger hip-hop influence. The title track “LEGGO” encourages listeners to leave their worries behind and enjoy the moment, while its message of confidence reflects the group's own “Fancy Kid” identity.

The title track takes inspiration from old-school hip-hop and New Jack Swing, combining a rhythmic melody with punchy rap, breakbeats, scratches, and brass sounds. The result is a lively, retro-inspired track built for performance, with members YUN GYU and SEUNG HEON also contributing to the lyrics. In contrast, “I Want You Now” highlights 8TURN's softer side with a relaxed, romantic sound built around a blues-inspired guitar riff. Singer-songwriter Peder Elias participated in its composition, adding a distinctive touch to the track.

With only two tracks, LEGGO keeps its concept focused while showing two very different sides of 8TURN. The bold energy and retro hip-hop style of the title track are balanced by the warm, easy-listening atmosphere of “I Want You Now,” making the single a showcase of both the group's performance energy and their more melodic side.
