AMPERSAND ONE is the debut single album by AMPERS&ONE, released on November 15, 2023 through FNC Entertainment. The three-track release marks the beginning of the group's journey as a seven-member team, with the album name sharing the group's name and reflecting the idea of different individuals coming together as one. The title track “On And On” sets the tone with an upbeat, youthful sound and lyrics about continuing to pursue your dreams despite difficulties. Member KAMDEN also participated in writing the lyrics for “On And On,” adding a personal touch to the group's introduction.
