PROOF is the first anthology album by global K pop group BTS, released on June 10, 2022 through Big Hit Music to celebrate the group’s nine year career since debut. The album reflects on BTS’s musical journey and artistic growth while highlighting key moments from their discography. The release was promoted with the lead single Yet to Come (The Most Beautiful Moment), which delivers a reflective message about the group’s past achievements and their continued future with ARMY.

The album spans multiple discs and brings together many of BTS’s most recognizable songs alongside three new tracks including Yet to Come (The Most Beautiful Moment), Run BTS, and For Youth. Blending hip hop, pop, R&B, and dance influences, the collection highlights the group’s evolution as performers and storytellers while revisiting the music that shaped their global success. The anthology format allows listeners to explore different eras of BTS’s sound while also introducing new material created specifically for this release.

PROOF achieved major global success and became BTS’s sixth number one album on the Billboard 200, debuting with about 314,000 equivalent album units in the United States during its first week. The album also topped charts in numerous countries and sold over 2.7 million copies in its first week worldwide, becoming one of the best selling releases of 2022 and further demonstrating BTS’s massive international influence and enduring connection with ARMY around the world.
