FLARE U released their second mini album, LOVEHOOD, on October 14, 2026, through FNC Entertainment. Arriving five months after their debut, the six-track release follows Choi Lip Woo and Kang Woo Jin as they explore the excitement, uncertainty, and growing self-awareness of first love. Building on the youthful story introduced in YOUTH ERROR, the album moves through synth-pop, hyperpop, melodic house, and R&B, pairing the duo’s vocal chemistry with a broader range of emotions.

The title track, “너의 계절이 찾아와 (Bloom),” combines warm, retro synth-pop with lyrical vocal melodies and instrumental layers that gradually build towards an emotional peak. “백일밤 (Hundred Nights)” captures the anticipation of waiting to see someone special, while “False Alarm” mixes UK garage rhythms with hyperpop and actual alarm sounds. “Madly in Love” brings buoyant synths and confident romantic energy, followed by the melodic house groove of “Window View.” Closing track “잠시 너를 잊었어 (Never Ever)” turns towards guitar-led, mid-tempo R&B and lingering feelings after a separation.

LOVEHOOD also develops the duo’s storytelling through performance. The choreography for “Bloom” uses seasonal imagery and paired movements to express longing, hesitation, and affection, connecting the song’s emotional progression with the members’ shared presence on stage. Together, the music and performance present a fuller portrait of FLARE U’s youthful identity, making this mini album a natural next chapter for fans following their growth.
