IVE - IVE SWITCH

IVE SWITCH is IVE’s second Korean mini album, released on April 29, 2024 through Starship Entertainment. Following I’VE MINE, the six-track release presents a more varied side of IVE, combining their signature confidence with new concepts and sounds. The album features the double title tracks “HEYA” and “Accendio”, continuing IVE’s evolving identity for DIVE, their official fandom.

The title tracks showcase two distinct sides of the group. “HEYA” blends rhythmic pop with traditional Korean-inspired elements and a catchy, energetic chorus, while “Accendio” takes a darker and more mysterious direction with metallic synths and a dramatic atmosphere. Among the B-sides, “Blue Heart” stands out with its sleek pop sound and confident attitude, while “Ice Queen” adds a cooler, more elegant mood, giving the album a strong sense of variety without losing IVE’s recognizable style.

IVE SWITCH was another major commercial success for IVE, selling 746,118 copies on its first day and surpassing one million copies within its first week. It peaked at No. 2 on the Circle Album Chart and was later certified Million in South Korea. The album also topped the Circle Retail Album Chart for April 2024 with 627,846 copies sold at retail, while its six songs all entered the Circle Global K-pop Chart.
