LNGSHOT - Training Day

TRAINING DAY is the second EP by South Korean boy group LNGSHOT, released digitally on March 23, 2026 and physically on March 30, 2026 through MORE VISION with distribution by Kakao Entertainment. This release follows their debut EP Shot Callers and serves as a special project that compiles music from the members’ training and pre-debut period, offering fans a deeper look at their journey and creative beginnings before their official debut.

The EP blends R&B pop, acoustic pop, dance R&B, UK hip-hop, and new jack swing influences that showcase LNGSHOT’s musical versatility and early stylistic explorations. Led by the title track Vanilla Days, the project also features individual member performances such as Good Girls (Louis), Boo Thang (Woojin), Summer Eyes (Ohyul), and For Us (Ryul), highlighting each member’s unique color while capturing their youthful energy and evolving artistry.

TRAINING DAY generated interest from fans as a look into LNGSHOT’s development as performers and creators following their debut earlier in 2026. As an archival-style EP bridging trainee recordings and official releases, it further expands their discography and deepens the connection between the group and listeners who have supported them since debut.
