M.O.N.T - When Winter Comes - KIT ALBUM

When Winter Comes is M.O.N.T’s special digital single, released on December 2, 2024 through FM Entertainment. The song presents a more emotional side of Narachan, Bitsaeon and Roda, using winter as a metaphor for the lingering memories of a past relationship. Written, composed and arranged by Roda, the release captures the loneliness and warmth that can coexist when looking back on someone you still miss. 

Built around modern rock, When Winter Comes combines strong guitar riffs with emotional vocals to create a cinematic winter atmosphere. Rather than simply focusing on heartbreak, the song reflects on the memories left behind after a breakup, with the arrival of winter bringing those feelings back into sharper focus. Roda handled the song’s writing, composition and arrangement, while Bitsaeon contributes background vocals, adding further depth to its sentimental sound. 

When Winter Comes marked M.O.N.T’s return with new music after their fourth mini album IDGAF and served as a prelude to their 2025 mini album Somewhere Out There, where it was included alongside three new tracks. Its KiT Album edition also makes the single a special collectible, featuring an Air-KiT, cover card, ball chain, 12 square cards and a random photocard.
