First Howling : WE is the second mini album by &TEAM, released on June 14, 2023 through HYBE LABELS JAPAN. Following their debut release First Howling : ME, the album continues the group's coming-of-age story as the nine members overcome uncertainty and discover the strength that comes from standing together. Centered around the theme of becoming "WE" instead of "ME," the album highlights friendship, trust, and the courage to move forward as one.

Led by the title track "FIREWORK," First Howling : WE features six tracks that blend pop, rock, dance, and emotional storytelling with &TEAM's signature performance style. Alongside "FIREWORK," the album includes "Road Not Taken," "The Moon Is Beautiful," "Blind Love," and Korean versions of "FIREWORK" and "Scent of You." Through powerful performances, expressive vocals, and heartfelt lyrics, the release captures the excitement of finding meaningful connections while continuing the narrative established in First Howling : ME.

Following its release, First Howling : WE received widespread praise for its cohesive storytelling, polished production, and the group's continued artistic growth.
