TWICE - TASTE OF LOVE

TWICE Taste of Love is the tenth Korean extended play by South Korean girl group TWICE, released on June 11, 2021 through JYP Entertainment and Republic Records. Issued as the group’s summer comeback for 2021, the project arrived with the pre-release of the lead single Alcohol-Free and marked a return to activity as a nine-member lineup with Jean-yeon participating.

The EP blends breezy K pop with dance pop, bossa nova and tropical influences that evoke a relaxed yet vibrant summer atmosphere. Across the project, TWICE experiments with layered rhythms, rich vocal harmonies and diverse production textures that range from the laid-back groove of the lead single to smooth melodic explorations that highlight the group’s evolving musical maturity and artistry in exploring romantic themes.

Taste of Love achieved strong commercial reception and critical praise, debuting at number two on the Gaon Album Chart in South Korea and becoming one of the group’s most successful summer releases. It also entered the US Billboard 200 at number six and contributed to the group’s global impact, further deepening TWICE’s connection with their international fandom ONCE through its seasonal sound and memorable performances.
