V01D - YOUTHQUAKE - ECHO Version

V01D released their second mini album, YOUTHQUAKE, in October 2026 through IX Entertainment. Combining the words "youth" and "quake," the title represents the emotional turbulence of growing up and discovering one's identity. The five-member Korean band explores uncertainty, determination, and companionship through energetic rock arrangements and personal storytelling.

The double title tracks, "Ending Credit" and "My Youth," approach these themes from different perspectives. "Ending Credit" frames endings as opportunities for new beginnings, while "My Youth" emphasizes perseverance and following one's own path. "Memory" introduces nostalgic Japanese rock influences, "Scream Out Now" delivers an explosive message of self-expression, and "Best Part" offers a sentimental tribute to the band's fans.

Following their debut mini album, 01, YOUTHQUAKE develops V01D's band-driven sound through contrasting moods and emotionally direct songwriting. Its combination of energetic instrumentation and reflective themes captures the restlessness of early adulthood, establishing a stronger musical identity within the group's developing discography.
