XngHan&Xoul - Waste No Time - Photo Book Version

XngHan&Xoul launched with Waste No Time, their debut single album released on July 31, 2025, through SM Entertainment. Featuring “Waste No Time” and “Heavenly Blue,” the two-track K-pop release introduces the solo work of Seunghan, performing as XngHan, within a collaborative artist project. Its electronic dance and EDM-pop sound connects the anticipation of stepping onto the stage with themes of determination, youthful excitement, and appreciation for those who have supported him. The songs approach this beginning from complementary perspectives, pairing the confidence to move forward with a more tender expression of connection.

The title track, “Waste No Time,” combines bright synth leads, bass, and an immediately memorable melody in an energetic electronic dance arrangement. Its lyrics focus on embracing the present and advancing without hesitation, matching the music’s lively momentum. “Heavenly Blue” offers a softer contrast through chill-house-influenced EDM pop, bringing together gentle kick textures, dreamy synth pads, and emotive vocals despite its brisk tempo. Longing and excitement shape its lyrical mood, with XngHan contributing to the Korean lyrics. Together, the tracks balance direct, outward energy with a more atmospheric and emotionally open sound.

As the first release under the XngHan&Xoul name, Waste No Time establishes a project built around collaboration across music, performance, styling, and visual art. The debut involved two professional dancers, placing choreography alongside XngHan’s singing as a central part of its presentation. His participation in the lyrics and performance creation for “Heavenly Blue” also gives the release a personal connection to his creative interests. For listeners drawn to melodic electronic K-pop and fans collecting his solo releases, this single album captures the starting point of that approach through two contrasting but closely connected songs.
