XODIAC - XOUL DAY - EVER Version

XODIAC released their second single album, XOUL DAY, on March 14, 2024, through Jacso Entertainment. Created to celebrate the group’s connection with their fandom, X-BLISS, the three-track K-pop release captures the excitement of performing on stage and the special memories shared between artists and fans. With its dreamy visual concept and sentimental message, XOUL DAY presents a warm, youthful side of XODIAC while continuing to develop the group’s musical identity following their earlier releases. The album combines themes of friendship, appreciation, and memorable moments with a sound designed to showcase the members’ different strengths.

The title track “HEYDAY” is a heartfelt fan song that celebrates XODIAC’s journey and the unforgettable moments they share with X-BLISS. Its uplifting melody and warm message reflect the group’s gratitude towards their supporters, giving the song an emotional significance beyond its catchy pop sound. “CREME BRULEE” offers a contrasting style through its English-language lyrics and rap-focused performance, highlighting the chemistry and versatility of the members in the rap unit. Meanwhile, “WONDERFUL TONIGHT” brings a softer, vocal-focused atmosphere, showcasing the members’ singing through a melodic track centred on romantic feelings. Together, the three songs create a varied listening experience that balances energetic performance, playful charm, and heartfelt emotion.

XOUL DAY marked an important moment in XODIAC’s early career, arriving around the first anniversary of their debut and reinforcing the bond between the group and their international fandom. The combination of a dedicated fan song, a rap-focused track, and a vocal-unit song gives the single album a distinctive structure, allowing different sides of XODIAC to shine. With its themes of appreciation, youthful memories, and shared experiences, XOUL DAY is a meaningful addition to the group’s discography and an appealing collectible for fans of XODIAC and K-pop.
