Yves - Cute & Anxiety

Cute & Anxiety is Yves's fifth EP, set for release on November 20, 2026 through Paix Per Mil and Warner Music. Following her previous EP Soft Error, the release explores the ambiguous space where sweetness and anxiety meet, focusing on the tension between wanting connection and wanting to protect yourself. Across the project, Yves turns these conflicting emotions into a world where affection, hesitation and impulsive choices can exist side by side.

The five-track EP moves between electronic, rock and pop while tracing the emotional contradictions at the heart of its concept. "Too Much" and "Hysteric" capture the more restless side of the record, while "Polaroid" and "Bat" explore different shades of attraction and uncertainty. "Adam" closes the EP by continuing the push and pull between desire and hesitation, giving the project a sense of emotional progression rather than treating its songs as separate moments. Together, the tracks present Yves's characteristic blend of playful pop sensibility and more vulnerable, unsettled emotions.

Cute & Anxiety continues Yves's solo work following her 2024 debut EP LOOP, 2025's I Did and 2026's NAIL and Soft Error, further establishing the musical world she has been developing since leaving her previous group and beginning her solo career. The physical album will be available in two versions, each including a 34-page photobook, CD and sleeve, sticker pack, three random photocards out of five and a poster for first-press copies.
