I.O.I : LOOP is the third Korean mini album by South Korean girl group I.O.I, released on May 19, 2026 through Swing Entertainment as the group’s highly anticipated comeback to mark their tenth anniversary since debut. The project arrived nearly a decade after the group’s initial disbandment and follows a pre-release single dropped earlier in May, showcasing I.O.I’s reunion with nine members celebrating their legacy and renewed activities. 

The mini album blends contemporary pop, dance and synth-pop elements to reflect both nostalgia and forward momentum in I.O.I’s sound. With layered production, bright hooks and varied stylistic textures, I.O.I : LOOP highlights dynamic group vocals alongside moments that emphasize individual member strengths. The title track Suddenly evokes synth-pop motifs of longing and connection, reflecting the emotional resonance of their return nearly nine years after their last full group release.

I.O.I : LOOP garnered significant attention from fans and media alike as one of the most talked-about K-pop comebacks of 2026, deepening the group’s connection with longtime supporters who first embraced them in 2016. The release also coincided with the announcement of the 2026 I.O.I Concert Tour: LOOP, further solidifying the impact of their reunion and reaffirming I.O.I’s legacy within the genre.
