The Phase is MONSTA X's upcoming EP, scheduled for release on September 4, 2026 through Starship Entertainment. The six-track release marks a new chapter for the group more than 11 years after their debut, bringing together SHOWNU, MINHYUK, KIHYUN, HYUNGWON, JOOHONEY, and I.M. with a more refined sound and a strong focus on member participation.

The The Phase tracklist opens with title track “MAGIC,” which sets the tone for the EP with JOOHONEY contributing to its lyrics. “Type X” continues the group's confident, attitude-driven style, while “SURVIVOR” and “Electric Heart” stand out for JOOHONEY's extensive involvement in writing, composition, and arrangement. “That's My Girl” adds another musical color to the project, while “Sweet Night, Sweet Morning” closes the six-song EP with a more personal touch through HYUNGWON's self-composed contribution.
