TWICE YES or YES is the sixth Korean extended play by South Korean girl group TWICE, released on November 5, 2018 by JYP Entertainment. Issued in multiple physical versions alongside digital distribution, the project arrived as part of TWICE’s active 2018 comeback cycle and features YES or YES as its energetic lead single with members Jeongyeon, Chaeyoung and Jihyo contributing to lyric writing on several songs.

The EP blends upbeat K pop, dance pop and electropop influences with bright synth-led production and catchy hooks, showcasing TWICE’s signature vibrant vocal delivery and lively performance energy. The title track YES or YES is characterized by its bold, persuasive chorus and colorful pop arrangement, while the broader project balances dynamic rhythm and melodic variety that reflects the group’s cohesive artistry and confident sound direction during this era.

YES or YES achieved strong commercial performance, topping the South Korean Gaon Album Chart and becoming TWICE’s first Korean album to top the Japan Oricon Albums Chart, with cumulative sales reaching significant milestones domestically and contributing to the group’s growing global impact. The era further strengthened TWICE’s connection with ONCE worldwide and reinforced their presence in the K pop scene as a leading girl group.
